We recommend special prize drawings, product demonstrations, or other activities designed to draw people to your booth. We will promote your schedule of activities both on the conference website and through in-event emails to attendees!
With only a select number of exhibit booths available, you have ample opportunity to connect with delegates and, unlike many virtual events, we prioritize the participation of our exhibitors with dedicated exhibit hours. Infrastructure Resources (conference owner and manager) does not sell its exhibitor or attendee lists, and no third-party is authorized to distribute or sell any lists related to our events. Statements from other organizations claiming to offer our attendee lists are fraudulent. Exhibitors may obtain attendee lists from Infrastructure Resources. This is an added exhibitor benefit and is provided free of charge to contracted Exhibitors only. Infrastructure Resources recommends purchasing lead retrieval services to obtain contact information for those who have visited their booth. Exhibitors are restricted from selling, renting or sharing contact information with other companies as part of the exhibitor agreement.
